A meeting with a consultant responsible for an order execution (recommended) or a teleconference.

• Agreeing on types of companies and criteria for conducting a direct search;

RECOMMENDATION

Recommending selected candidates is made through the presentation of selected CVs and a report prepared by the consultant.

PROGRESS REPORTING

During project implementation, the Customer is kept informed about the progress of works. The Customer decides if they prefer reporting in written form or by phone.

Moreover, both during and after completion of our works the Customer is under care of a consultant responsible for execution of the project. Our consultant not only informs about the project’s status, but also serves as an advisor and supports the Customers from the moment of determining project’s assumptions, through negotiations with a selected candidate until the lapse of a trial period in the new place of work.

PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

We guarantee full confidentiality of all data entrusted to us by the Client both during and after completion of our works.

We undertake only those projects which give us certainty that our methods and knowledge would allow to execute them efficiently and to the Customer’s satisfaction.

If execution of an order could last longer than wanted due to objective difficulties on the labour market, a need to change working methods or modify a position profile, we continue our works until reaching an outcome that is satisfactory to the Customer.

We strictly observe the principle of not addressing job offers to individuals employed in the Customer’s company during the period provided in an agreement with the Customer.
